D.O.L.L.S. In-House Refund Policy

Refunds requested before registration closes will be returned at 100% less a $20.00 processing fee. Requests received between the close of registration and prior to the start of the season - including clinics and practices - will be refunded at 50%. Requests received after the season begins cannot be honored due to the costs incurred by D.O.L.L.S.. If you need to request a refund, please use the link below to print a form, and mail it to the following address:
